After looking through some research, it appears Harrogate has the highest concentration of Volvos in the country. Here lies a problem. What can be done with Harrogate? It’s a nice place, spoiled only by the number of Volvos.

This is one city that needs liberating. I feel the best idea would be to cordon off the city while our troops search and destroy Volvos and Volvo drivers.

This shouldn’t be too hard to do. It only requires, all that live there to be informed of what is happening and for them to register at a check point. Anyone who drives a Volvo will lack the intelligence to do this. Any Volvo driver, who works it out and tries to escape, will drive that slowly, they will be easy to catch. Even my grandmother, on her Zimmer frame can keep up with a Volvo. This will give our senior citizens a worth while hobby to pursue.

People of Harrogate, you are our main concern; you will have to suffer this burden no more. You will be liberated from this menace that spoils your city.
